← Free Lunch Tag

Your lunch host tools.

Manage the first 80 keychain invitations. Card codes and phone numbers are never listed publicly.

Activate cards and record lunches

Open the protected GitHub workflow, choose your host, enter the pack reference printed below the tag code, and select the update. Only people with repository write access can run it.

Open card management

Use all to activate an unused host bundle. Use individual references, such as LA01, when recording a requested, scheduled, or completed lunch. A scan never counts as a meal. Allow a few minutes for updates to publish.

One-time contact setup

Use the private pilot manifest supplied with the tag pack to encrypt a host’s approved phone number. The file and number stay in this browser. No sign-in token is requested.

Use a number the host has agreed to share with people holding their invitations.

After downloading cards.json, upload it into the repository’s data folder, replacing the current file. Do this immediately so you do not overwrite later status updates. Then activate the host’s cards.

Open the data folder upload page →
What stays private?

Keep the pilot manifest and printed QR/code labels private. Never upload them to GitHub. The downloaded cards.json contains encrypted contact details only. Anyone holding a valid card can recover its host contact; deactivation cannot erase information someone already received.

Guest requests are arranged by text. Hosts record progress in GitHub; the site does not collect guest names or track individual scans. These are invitations, not automatic cash or restaurant vouchers.

Profile photos and introductions

Seth and Scott’s photos come from the Meadows team page. The other hosts use their initials until approved photos are supplied.
